  • We will work with all of our partners to provide other opportunities including: partner product sampling, in kind donations of supplies, giveaways
  • Park Serve Day is a great opportunity for an employee community service event
  • Includes cost of equipment, water and snacks, staff, and landscaping needs
  • Annual total cost to host Park Serve Day at 30 parks = $60,000

  • Your name, address and contract information

  • Brief biographies of you and your colleagues

  • Self-disclosure of potential conflicts of interest via posted Disclosure of Dealings with the State

  • Any questions you may have

  • Once received, we will respond to your questions and review internally within 5 business days

  • If approved, next steps will be determined and could include:

    • Development of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a multiyear partnership

    • Production schedule for all deliverables needed for April 28, 2018
