Habitat management
About 20 acres of this property are actively farmed for corn. Portions of the field are left as standing corn after harvest to provide cover and food for wildlife while harvested areas provide an attractive food source for waterfowl.
Hunting opportunities
This property supports a variety of game species and is a popular area for white-tailed deer and rabbit hunters. Hunting opportunities include white-tailed deer, wild turkey, eastern coyote, and cottontail rabbits. Raccoon hunting in this area should prove to be productive due to active agriculture on the property.
Wildlife viewing & other features
This property supports a variety of non-game species including songbirds, hawks, and owls which makes it a good bet for birding.
