Fisk Forestdale WMA

Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) are open to the public for fishing, hunting, trapping, hiking, and wildlife viewing.

Description

This WMA is primarily a white oak and pitch pine forest featuring a mature canopy, intermittent acorn crop, and a sparse understory.

Location, access, & parking

There is a small area of parking off of Route 130. See WMA map.

Note: WMAs are intentionally wild, visitors will find natural landscapes rather than maintained trails.

Hunting opportunities

This area provides sufficient cover for upland game species such as gray squirrel, eastern cottontail, wild turkey, white-tailed deer, and eastern coyote. Note: this property abuts major roads and residences, please observe discharge setbacks.
