Overview
DCR’s Historic Curatorship Program is gathering expressions of interest for the following historic park properties. The properties are eligible for the Curatorship Program, which seeks to bring together some of the state’s most vulnerable historic buildings with partners interested in exchanging rehabilitation, management and maintenance services in return for a long term lease. This is not a formal call for proposals, but an effort to gauge the level of interest in rehabilitating these unique properties and to gather feedback that will help in developing a potential Request for Proposals. Click below to download the RFEI documents and learn more.
There is no deadline for responses. DCR will continue to release RFEIs for new properties as they become available. DCR will continue to accept responses until a formal RFP is issued, or if another preservation approach is pursued based on responses to the RFEI.
