Description
This property consists mainly of pitch pine and scrub oak forest with some white and red pine dispersed throughout. The WMA abuts privately-owned cranberry bogs and contains some abandoned bogs as well.

Note: WMAs are intentionally wild, visitors will find natural landscapes rather than maintained trails.
Hunting opportunities
This property supports upland game species such as white-tailed deer, eastern coyote, and wild turkey. The reservoirs on the property provide opportunities for waterfowl hunting.
Fishing opportunities
The reservoirs provide the opportunity to fish for warm water fish species from shore.
Wildlife viewing & other features
Being a management area of considerable size, this property provides ample opportunities for bird-watching, wildlife photography, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife tracking, and other such activities. Numerous rare moths, as well as the state-listed eastern whip-poor-will, live in the pitch pine-scrub oak woodlands.
