Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) are open to the public for fishing, hunting, trapping, hiking, and wildlife viewing.

Description

This property consists of mixed hardwood forests and red pine stands. The WMA abuts Nagog Hill Conservation Area.

Location, access, & parking

Access to this property can be gained via roadside pull offs after stonewall on Main Street. See WMA Map.  

Note: WMA's are intentionally wild, visitors will find natural landscapes rather than maintained trails.  

Hunting opportunities

The forest supports ruffed grouse, deer, fox, cottontail rabbit, coyote, raccoon, woodcock, and gray squirrel.
