A small section of Bradford Brook flows through the western part of the WMA.
Location, access, & parking
No parking area exists but the property can be accessed from Ashfield Road. Parking on the side of Ashfield Road is difficult but possible. It may be better to find more room a little further north. There is a steep difficult drop from the road to Bradford Brook which must be crossed to gain access to the WMA proper. See WMA map.
Note: WMAs are intentionally wild, visitors will find natural landscapes rather than maintained trails.
Hunting opportunities
Opportunities exist for hunting black bear, white-tailed deer, eastern coyote, and squirrel.

Bradford Brook provides fishing opportunities for native brook trout in addition to stocked trout species. The East Branch of the Mill River provides fishing opportunities for native brook trout and reproducing brown trout. Go to mass.gov/trout for more information.
Wildlife viewing & other features
The steep hillsides of this WMA offer opportunities for rugged backcountry hikes.
