MassHealth offers health and dental benefits to eligible Massachusetts residents. We also offer benefits to you by paying all or part of your health insurance premiums. As a disabled individual you may be eligible for additional MassHealth programs. We decide if you are disabled according to the standards set by federal and state law.
People with disabilities living at home (children as well as adults) who need more help than family members can give, may be able to get certain long-term-care services to help them remain at home.
