The Board of Registration of Hearing Instrument Specialists recently transitioned to the new DPH e-licensing system. Hearing Instrument Specialists must use this new system to renew their individual licenses. Because the 2023 renewal period is the first time hearing instrument specialists are renewing on the DPH e-licensing system, the expiration dates of hearing instrument specialists licenses has been extended from April 1, 2023 to April 8, 2023. Hearing instrument specialists licenses with an expiration date of April 1, 2023 will remain valid until April 8, 2023.
