Our new computer system and case manager will go live this week. This means that our system will be down for a couple of days while we make the change. During the transition, the case manager will not be available and we will have only limited information about your case. Additionally, we will keep processing payments, but there may be a delay in issuing them. For example, if you usually see your child support payment in your bank account on Monday afternoons, you may not see it until Wednesday afternoon. Our Customer Service Bureau will remain open from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday; however our staff will not have access to any case specific information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once the new case manager is up, customers who currently use case manager will log in using their current user id and password, but will be prompted to create a new password. Customers will also be asked to set up 3 security questions and provide an email address.
