It is the end of April which means Massachusetts is in full Spring mode. The warmer weather allows Commonwealth consumers to spend more of their time outside.  The Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation’s recall round up this month focuses on products commonly used during outdoor activities.   1. Fruit Fresh Up recalls fresh-cut fruit, vegetable products, and ready-to-eat dips
