Trial Court Rule VIII includes notes prepared by the Trial Court Advisory Committee on Impoundment Law and Procedure and published in its 2015 Handbook on Trial Court Rule VIII, the Uniform Rules on Impoundment Procedure. The handbook served to assist the courts and the public with the substantive and procedural requirements of Trial Court Rule VIII, as amended in 2015.
