Pursuant to the Governor’s March 12, 2020 "Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 20," please note the following: Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 20, that the June 25, 2020 meeting of the State Retirement Board will be held through remote participation.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board will enter into Executive Session in order to review applications for disability retirement, associated benefits, and to also consider the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health of individuals with business before the Board. The Board will not reconvene in Open Session after the Executive Session and will adjourn the meeting at the conclusion of the Executive Session. (Roll Call Vote Required)
