Governor Patrick Announces a New Massachusetts Small Business Purchasing Program
On June 29 2010, Governor Deval L. Patrick signed an Executive Order establishing a new Massachusetts Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) within the Operational Services Division (OSD). The goal of the SBPP is to direct state spending for non-construction goods and services to eligible Massachusetts small businesses.
