Project YES 2010 - 2011
On September 16, 2009, the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) announced a competitive Youth Employment, Health and Wellness Grant Program to support youth development and ultimately safer and healthier communities throughout the Commonwealth. Funds for this grant opportunity come from several judgments and financial settlements that were obtained by the AGO as a result of recent investigations and enforcement actions against major health care entities. The AGO has elected to use up to $1.5 million from the proceeds of these financial settlements to support this grant program.
The deadline for proposals has now passed. Award notifications will be made on or about November 30, 2009.
