For taxpayer convenience, DOR offers automated telephone assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for routine requests. For example, taxpayers can order forms, check the status of refunds or establish monthly payment plans to pay outstanding tax liabilities by calling (617) 887-MDOR or toll free in Massachusetts at (800) 392-6089 and accessing our automated system at any time.
