Division of Labor Relations

Welcome to the Division of Labor Relations website. The Division of Labor Relations (DLR) was established in November, 2007 pursuant to St. 2007, c. 145. The legislation formally merged the Labor Relations Commission and the Board of Conciliation and Arbitration. Although organizationally within the DLR, the Joint Labor Management Committee retains its unique structure and mission.

The Division of Labor Relations is focused on leveraging its resources to resolve cases fairly and expeditiously; professionalizing the management and operation of the labor relations agencies while preserving the judicial independence that is essential to success in serving parties with labor disputes.
