Current Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) Request Processing Time
Listed below are the CORI Request Processing Times as of Tuesday November 17, 2009.
CORI Web: 3-4 Business Days
Disk Requests: 3-4 Business Days
Paper Requests: 3-4 Business Days
Personal Requests: 5-10 Business Days
If you are experiencing technical difficulties regarding CORI Access or need assistance that is not related to CORI Processing Times, please visit the CORI Forms and Applications or CORI Services links for further information.
Phone service to the CORI Unit has been suspended so staff can focus on the processing of CORI Requests.
All other inquiries should be sent as email to CORI.info@state.ma.us
