1. Governor's Video Message

A short video introduction from Governor Patrick. (The video will open in Windows Media Player and begin playing.)

• To save the video, under “File” click “Save Media As.”
• If the video appears as a neon negative, with bright reds, pinks, and greens distorting what you see, this is not a problem with the video, it is a problem with your player.  To fix it, in Windows Media Player go to “Tools,” then “Options…”. (if you don’t see the menu bar, click on the tiny button with an up and down arrow above Now Playing) and click on the 4^th tab on the 1^st row, “Performance.”  Under “Video acceleration”, drag the handle from “Full” to “None.”  Click “Apply,” then “Yes.”
• To make the video larger, right-click on the video. You can select to play it at 200%.  It may have trouble playing at Full-Screen.
