Fiscal Year 2011 Budget Process Begins
Governor Patrick filed his FY11 budget recommendation today, January 27, 2010. This budget recommendation invests in key areas of short- and long-term growth while minimizing needed cuts to programs and services as much as possible.
Despite this being the third straight year requiring billions of dollars of budget solutions due to the global recession, the Governor has filed a responsible budget recommendation that is balanced and compassionate.
