Only the following reverse mortgage programs and lenders are approved in the Commonwealth:
- Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation - Approved to offer the HUD Home Equity Conversion Mortgage ("HECM").
- American Home Bank Reverse, a division of First National Bank of Chester County - Approved to offer HECM.
- Bank of America, N.A. - Approved to offer HECM and the Fannie Mae Homekeeper reverse mortgage loan ("Homekeeper").
- Belmont Savings Bank - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
- Bridgewater Savings Bank - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
- Coastal Finance, LLC - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with James B. Nutter & Company.
- Eastern Bank - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
- Everbank Mortgage Company, Formerly, BNY Mortgage Company, Inc. - Approved to offer HECM and Homekeeper.
- Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation - Approved to offer HECM and the Cash Account Reverse Mortgage Loan Program, a proprietary loan program.
- First Mariner Bank d/b/a Next Generation Financial Services - Approved to offer HECM, HomeKeeper, and Cash Account Reverse Mortgage Loan Program.
- Gateway Funding Diversified Mortgage Services - Approved to offer HECM and Homekeeper.
- Generation Mortgage Company - Approved to offer HECM.

- Members Trust Company, FSB - Approved to offer HECM through credit unions approved by the Division.
- Merrimack Mortgage Company, Inc. - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation.
- One Reverse Mortgage, LLC - Approved to offer HECM.
- Pacific Reverse Mortgage, Inc. d/b/a Financial Heritage - Approved to offer HECM, Homekeeper, and Cash Account Reverse Mortgage Loan Program.
- Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with Generation Mortgage Company.
- Premium Capital Funding LLC d/b/a Topdot Mortgage - Approved to offer HECM in conjunction with James B. Nutter & Company.
