The project delivery method is CM at Risk. This project will provide new Headquarters for the Staff of the Department of Youth Services Northeast Region, along with a 24/7 Secure Detention Facility serving three separate residential programs and the associated program and facility staff. The new 72,350 GSF two-story facility will provide regional offices for approximately 20 management staff; living quarters for 15 clients in each of three separate wings; commercial kitchen for food preparation and a dining facility; building services spaces; staff support space; health and dental clinic; secure sally port and intake area; meeting rooms, classrooms and clinician offices; a gymnasium and secure recreation yard; and site improvements consisting of lawns, plantings, site water management provisions, driveway and parking.
