The Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts is the official publication of the Session Laws of the Massachusetts General Court

Pre-1692

Before the establishment of the Province of Massachusetts Bay by charter in 1691, records can be found under the two colonies governed by separate and distinct political bodies acting under different charters: Plymouth Colony (also known as New Plymouth) and Massachusetts Bay Colony.
