Dighton Rock State Park offers the perfect setting for a picnic. You'll find soft, grassy areas covered by shade trees by the Taunton River. You can also fish or canoe, or take a walk through the 85-acre park.

Interested in local history? Visit the museum to learn about the mysterious carvings in Dighton Rock. Open Wednesdays through Sundays, 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM, from late May through early September. Staffing adjustments may necessitate unscheduled closures. Open by appointment at all other times. Call ahead to confirm hours or arrange a visit: (508) 644-5522.
