The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is administered by MassHealth and Medicare to provide a wide range of medical, social, recreational, and wellness services to eligible participants. The goal of PACE is to allow participants to live safely in their homes instead of in nursing homes.

You do not need to be on MassHealth to enroll in PACE. However, if you meet the income and asset guidelines, you may be eligible for MassHealth and MassHealth may pay your PACE premium. For more information on MassHealth income and asset rules for PACE please visit the Who is Eligible for PACE? web page.

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) gives you access to all services covered by Medicare and MassHealth. More services may be available, depending on your health needs.
