MEMA is hosting a Bunker Birthday to commemorate the 60th anniversary of MEMA HQ with elected and senior officials, partner agencies, and the public. This is an opportunity for the public to learn about the history of the bunker and emergency management in the Commonwealth via self-guided tours and displays both inside and outside the building. MEMA’s partner agencies will showcase equipment and resources, and provide demonstrations in a family-friendly “touch-a-truck” outside of the bunker.
