Agenda

At this meeting, the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) Advisory Council will provide input on the five documents to be included in the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) monitoring review. The OSEP Review will relate to the BSEA’s implementation of the due process hearing and mediation requirements under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
