C: NEW BUSINESS

  • Request to have the Board approve Finance Committee Chair to authorize any/all future funding for Holyoke Soldiers' Home veterans who may, with short notification, require funds to secure off site housing to be used to secure services of Licensed Realtor, or First/Last/Security, as long as the amount is less than $2000. (Atty Deacon)

D: EXECUTIVE SESSION:  Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A Section 21, The Trustees will enter into executive session to discuss personnel actions related to and resignation for former employees of the Holyoke Soldiers Home. The Trustees will also discuss pending litigation during the executive session. The Chair has determined that discussion of the pending litigation in an open session may have an adverse effect on the position of the parties to the suit. The meeting will not reconvene and will adjourn at the conclusion of the executive session.
