To qualify for a Mass Animal Fund Voucher for your pet, you must be a low-income resident of Massachusetts. To determine low-income eligibility, we ask for information about if you are receiving state or federal assistance, such as TAFDC, SSI, VS, SNAP, WIC, Section 8, etc. If you are not receiving public assistance, you must provide income information, and you may still qualify if your household income falls 150% below the federal poverty guideline.

Apply for a Voucher Day through the link below. Please note Voucher Days have limited surgery spots available, and do fill up very quickly. Applicants will receive notice of application approval and confirmation if a surgery spot is available for their pet, within 1-2 business days of submission.
