Agencies must be licensed or registered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in order to conduct business in the state, regardless of whether or not the agency has a physical office within state borders.

If you currently Licensed or Registered with the Department of Labor Standards (DLS) you are considered a Renewal and must apply for a Renewal application not an Initial application. If you have any questions, please call DLS at (617) 626-6969.
