Fuentas is described as a Hispanic male, 5'8" tall, 200 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is January 21, 1959. His last known address was in the Brighton section of Boston, Massachusetts. He is believed to be a major drug player in the areas of Boston, New York and the Dominican Republic.

Vidriales escaped from the custody of the Massachusetts DOC in 1990. At the time of his escape, he was serving a 3-5 year state prison term for trafficking in cocaine. Vidriales is described as a Hispanic male, 5 ft. 11 in. tall, 170 pounds, black hair and hazel eyes. His date of birth is August 5, 1963. His last known address was in Springfield, Massachusetts and it is believed he may have fled the United States to Mexico. he also has ties to the state of California.
