The Pesticide Program is a part of the Division of Crop & Pest Services of the Department of Agricultural Resources. The Pesticide Program carries out the day to day responsibilities of regulating pesticides in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Pesticide Program also acts as support staff for the Pesticide Board and Pesticide Board Subcommittee. The major functions of Pesticide Program are:


The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources, Pesticide Program (“Department”) would like to announce that it is accepting applications for individuals seeking to be on a Pesticide Advisory Council.  The Advisory Council’s purpose is to provide the Department and the Pesticide Board advice as it pertains to the Department’s administration of M.G.L. c. 132B, the Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act.
