2013 UCR on-line commenced on October 2, 2012. At this time the current 2013 forms and instructions are available on our website for mail-in registrations. The only official on-line registration system is located at www.ucr.in.gov. Please be aware that there are other on-line registration sites which may be fraudulent. There is only one official site.
