As established in 220 CMR § 272.03 for the towing of motor vehicles ordered by the police or other public authority pursuant to M.G.L. c. 159B, § 6B or M.G.L. c. 266, § 120D

2012 UCR on-line registrations commenced on October 1, 2011. At this time the current 2012 forms and instructions are available on our website for mail-in registrations. The only official on-line registration system is located at www.ucr.in.gov. Please be aware that there are other on-line registration sites which may be fraudulent. There is only one official site.
