These regulations will become effective on June 5, 2015. Therefore, individuals who are applying for licensure as a LMHC on or after June 5 will need to use this new application here

- NOTICE: The Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions (Board) is pleased to announce that regulations for the licensing of Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA) and Assistant Applied Behavior Analysts (AABA) will become effective and available on June 5, 2015. Applications are now available and can be found here. Individuals are welcome to submit complete applications to the Board ahead of the June 5 licensing start date. Please be sure to read the instructions in the applications carefully and to provide the Board with all requested information, which will help to facilitate the licensing process.
*Grandfathering Applications*: There are two applications named “Applied Behavior Analyst Grandfathering Application” and “Assistant Applied Behavior Analyst Grandfathering Application.” These applications should be used by individuals who qualify for licensure through grandfathering as provided for in Chapter 429 of the Acts of 2012.
