Disability Non-Discrimination Training

The Massachusetts Office on Disability (MOD) provides training on disability laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

We offer training to Massachusetts state agencies, municipal governments, employers, businesses, housing providers, colleges and universities, and more.

Training covers obligations under state and federal disability laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), that address disability rights and non-discrimination.
Our ability to meet training requests is based on factors including staff availability, agency resources, etc. We try our best to respond to requests for training on a first-come first-serve basis and to provide training at no cost to as many entities as possible.
