Notice of Public Meeting

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Advisory Board to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (the “MCAD Advisory Board”) will meet on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, at the offices of Rubin and Rudman LLP, 53 State Street, 15th Floor, Boston, MA 02109.

The Chair of the Advisory Board anticipates that the following matters will be addressed at the aforementioned meeting:

  1. Welcome and Introductions
  2. Presentation of MCAD Advisory Board subcommittee comments and suggestions regarding the January 14, 2019 draft of the MCAD procedural regulations
  3. Discussion with MCAD Commissioners and subsection of MCAD regulations committee regarding item #2, above
  4. New Business
  5. Adjournment
