It's April and for Bostonians this means the 128th Boston Marathon is just around the corner! This iconic race takes place on Patriots’ Day each April and the day the race is held is also affectionately called Marathon Monday. The day of the marathon is an exciting day for Boston and the Commonwealth. It is one of the world's oldest and most prestigious marathons, making it a tradition that is over one hundred years old.
