Attend a Statewide Commission on Disability (COD) Meeting

Statewide Commission on Disability (COD) meetings bring together people serving on local CODs. You can discuss your initiatives, successes, and roadblocks, and network with other CODs.

This year, we will be holding these meetings virtually through Zoom. We are also switching from a "regionalized" meeting format and are offering two Statewide meetings. The two statewide COD meetings are open to Commissions on Disability members and any friends, family, and colleagues of COD members.

The meetings bring together people serving on local CODs or interested persons across the state to discuss initiatives, successes, and roadblocks. It is also a great way to network with other CODs across the state.  

These two meetings will be the same. We intend to hold them on different days to offer flexibility to which one you may want to attend. Please feel free to register for one meeting or both.

All meetings occur from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated). 

March 2023 Update:
We are in the process of finalizing the two statewide COD meetings this season. As we finalize details, this page will be updated to reflect those updates.

To attend a statewide COD meeting, you must pre-register. To do so, please use the Zoom Link beside each event which will bring you to the meeting registration page within Zoom.

Please mention that your inquiry is about registering for a statewide COD meeting so that we can efficiently assign your inquiry. We aim to respond to both phone and web inquiries within a week, but response times vary by topic and staff availability. 

Schedule

The two statewide COD Meetings for 2023 are being finalized. While the dates and times are set, the Zoom registration links will be provided soon. MOD will also be emailing the Chairs of the CODs with this information.

These meetings will be very similar. Please feel free to sign up for one or both sessions.
