Job profilers

The WorkKeys® Job Profiling Training program teaches individuals how to conduct the WorkKeys job profiling procedure developed by industrial/organizational (I/O) psychologists at ACT.

WorkKeys job profiling can be used for a number of purposes including, but not limited to, the development of employee selection procedures and the development of training programs. Because of the wide variety of uses, applicants should have experience with the following:

  • job analysis 
  • the development and implementation of training programs for business and industry
  • acting as a group facilitator
  • federal regulations related to employment procedures
  • Windows®-based computer software programs
