  • Easter Seals of Massachusetts
    The Easter Seals Youth Leadership Network is a statewide initiative with meetings, events and social media to unite youth with disabilities across the state. The network can support you to take pride in your disability, find community resources, and join the disability movement.
  • Got Transition
    This site is full of useful information about healthcare transition from youth and young adults all across the United States, including  resources to help you become a strong advocate for your own care. You can tune in to radio broadcasts, find out about events posted on Facebook, or join the mailing list.
  • Kids as Self Advocates
    A national, grassroots project created by youth with disabilities for youth. KASA knows youth can make choices and advocate for themselves if they have the information and support they need.
  • Teens Health
    This site can give you lots of information on specific diseases, disabilities, coping with stress and creating plans for making healthy changes.
