Human Service Transportation (HST) Task Force Virtual Public Listening Sessions

Hello! I’m Lisa Weber, with the EOHHS Human Service Transportation Office.

I’m here to invite you to a virtual public listening session on Human Service Transportation in Massachusetts.

What is Human Service Transportation? The Human Service Transportation (HST) Office oversees non-emergency medical transportation for MassHealth members through the PT-1 system. If you are on MassHealth and use the PT-1 to get transportation to your medical appointments, that’s us! We also provide transportation for several Health and Human Services agencies: MRC, DDS, DMH, DPH, and MCB.

We are organizing 2 virtual public listening sessions in May to gather feedback on customer service improvements that were implemented last year, beginning on July 1, 2021.  Do you use Human Service Transportation to get to PT-1 appointments or other services? If so, we want to hear how it has been going for you since July 1st of last year.

Join us on Zoom at one of our two virtual public listening sessions:

The first is on Monday, May 16th from 2:00-3:30 p.m.

You can join via Zoom using the Meeting ID: 833 0878 9613. And the Passcode: HST.

You can also dial in using the phone number (646) 558-8656. The meeting ID again is 833 0878 9613.

The second listening session is on Wednesday, May 18 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

You can join via Zoom using the Meeting ID: 870 1155 7330. And the Passcode: HST.

You can dial in using the phone number (646) 558-8656. The meeting ID again is 870 1155 7330

We have already requested CART, ASL interpreters, and CDI interpreters for both meetings, and you can request additional accessibility accommodations by submitting a request to William Herbert at william.l.herbert@mass.gov or (617) 660-3443. As part of your request, please include a description of the accommodation you will need and include as much detail as you can. Please provide your contact information in case we need more information. When possible, please allow at least two weeks (14 days) advance notice. Last-minute requests may not be possible to fulfill.

Thank you for watching this video, and we hope you can join us at one of our public listening sessions to share your experience!
