Commonwealth v. Camblin
Supreme Judicial Court, December 8, 2017
(Evidence/Breath Test)

The SJC affirmed the lower court judge’s finding that the breathalyzer instrument, the Alcotest 7110, satisfies the Daubert-Lanigan standard for the admissibility of scientific evidence, concluding that there was no abuse of discretion and affirming the denial of the defendant's motion to exclude the breath test results.
