The Commonwealth may move for a dangerousness hearing pursuant to G. L. c. 276, § 58A when the defendant is charged with an Operating Under the Influence, fourth offense or greater. 

“[W]e interpret § 58A as requiring three, not two, prior OUI convictions.”
