The report of an expert psychologist, who is retained by the Commonwealth, is admissible as a “psychiatric and psychological record” in accordance with G.L. c. 123 A, §14(c), even when the psychologist is neither one of the two designated qualified examiners nor the defendant’s treating psychiatric specialist.
