Energy Efficiency Measures for Municipalities

Cities, towns, and regional public entities, such as Regional School Districts, can reduce energy usage and energy costs by making changes in buildings, streetlights, and vehicle fleets.

To assist cities, towns, and regional entities undertake energy efficiency measures, the Green Communities Division and Mass DOER works with partners and other state agencies to make energy efficiency achievable in Massachusetts.
