NOTICE OF MEETING

In accordance with the provisions of G.L. c. 30A, § 20, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Elevator Examiners will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., at the Office of Public Safety and Inspections, 365 East Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876. It is anticipated that the following will be discussed at the aforementioned meeting:

1. Roll call

2. Approval of the draft meeting minutes from August 30, 2017

3. Dates and times for meetings in 2018

4. Elevator Operator exam questions

5. Review of Applicants for the Elevator Mechanic’s Exam

6. Matters not previously anticipated 48 hours in advance of this meeting

7. Executive Session (G.L. c. 30A, § 21(7))

 Exam Code Questions. This executive session held pursuant to the above exemption in the Open Meeting Law is necessary in order to comply
