Overview
PERAC will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. to discuss the recently enacted HERO Act.
Patrick Charles, PERAC Assistant Deputy Director, will provide an overview of the new law as well as providing boards with guidance on the topic and the actions retirement boards must take to implement the new requirements. Board members who attend can earn three educational credits. We will be recording this webinar and posting it to the website at a later date.
