Mothers' Equal Pay | 2021 EqualPayMA Roundtable Series

We are hosting a virtual panel with leaders from the labor, non-profit and business community to discuss pay equity for mothers in our state and across the U.S.

The discussion will cover:

• Access to affordable childcare while also supporting childcare workers
• Valuing the childcare women provide after work known as the “second shift”
• Supporting moms in their work and in their life
