Agenda for _QA meeting with agenda and minutes

Introduction

We will go around the room and have people give a brief background about themselves.

Agenda Review

We will review and refine the agenda as needed.

Proposal review

We will review all proposals submitted to the board beginning with those submitted in advance of 1/1/2018.  We will take comments on the proposals and the board will open the floor to questions from anyone in attendance.

Board decision

The board will then vote and decide on which proposals will move forward in the process.

Conclusion

The board will summarize findings and close the hearing.
