Women's Economic Empowerment Series

The Women’s Economic Empowerment Series is a financial empowerment workshop to help women gain the tools to secure their economic future and reach their full financial potential. Join us for this FREE series and participate in high-quality financial education workshops and unique salary negotiation training. This is a project of Massachusetts State Treasurer’s Office, in conjunction the Women’s Fund of Southeastern Massachusetts, Our Sisters' School of New Bedford and the YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts. This event is sponsored by Citizens Bank.

This program is for women of all ages, ethnicities, economic backgrounds, and levels of fiscal knowledge. Participants who attend these workshops will learn:

  • Budgeting Basics & Managing Debt
  • Retirement & Estate Planning
  • Negotiate with Confidence
